Lovin the Spring

Spring is kidding season at Oak Haven Ranch. One of my favorite times of year. New life is brought to the ranch, the beautiful ladies of the ranch are cooing over the kids as they quickly learn to walk and play. Not only are the goats and sheep kidding , but the rabbits are delivering their first litters of the year, and the chicks are hatching. All in All it is a pretty amazing experience. It saddens me sometimes to think that in a few short weeks these animals will be going to their new homes. I just hope that the new owners appreciate them as much as we do. As I look around, I can't help but thank God for His blessings.
